  2. No minimum order amount is required in our online store. You can order as much or as little as you like.

    Major credit cards are accepted including America Express, MasterCard, VISA and Discover card. We also accept payments through PayPal. Ordering on our website is 100% secure and easy. Your credit card and order information is protected with 128 Bit SSL Encryption and your privacy is protected (refer to our privacy policy at the bottom of every web page).

    3. Tax-free account for California businesses

    California business owners, if you have a valid Federal Tax ID or seller's permit, please email us at When we receive your request, your account will be set as 'tax free' so that sales tax will not be charged to future orders. States other than California are not subject to sales tax.

    2. For mail orders, we accept money orders, cashier's checks and company/personal checks. Make check payable to 'L. A. GIFTS JOY, INC.'. For bounced checks, we will collect a $25 bad check fee (in addition to the order total).

      We don't have a feature in our current website that allows you to check out your order using 'Pay by mail' option. You need to print out your shopping cart contents and send us a copy of your order. You can figure out the shipping charge by yourself or email us about it. If you have any questions, please let us know.

  5. For U.S. orders, we offer a flat rate shipping fee for most orders. The shipping charge is $4.50 for orders with subtotals below $25 and a flat rate of $5.99 for all orders with subtotals under $50. All orders are normally processed within 1 business day. Customers will be notified for any unusual delay via email. The majority of orders are received, processed, and shipped within 24 hours for weekdays. Domestic packages are often received within 3-4 business days from the moment the order is placed.

    1. United States orders:

      Most U.S. orders are shipped by Priority Mail via US Postal Service. Light weight orders are shipped by regular mail, First Class via US Postal Service.

    2. Canadian orders:

      Canadian orders are shipped via US Postal Service.

    3. International orders:

      Most of international orders are shipped via Air Mail or Priority Mail International via US Postal Service. It takes about 7-10 days for a package to reach most foreign countries. But it is not unusual that it takes 3-4 weeks.

  7. GIFTSJOY.COM includes a 100% Satisfaction and unconditional 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Your package of return should be postmarked within 30 days of purchase (37 days for foreign orders). We do not accept returns after 30 days (37 days for foreign orders).

    Important note: All returned products must be in their original condition. We will issue a credit to your credit card account after we receive the products. We do not credit postage for returns. Shipping charges for your order are not refundable and will be deducted from a full refund.

  9. Product descriptions are written as accurately as possible. Many gemstones are traditionally treated to enhance appearance. All jewelry metal and stones are genuine unless otherwise noted. Due to individuality of products, weights and measurements may vary from the descriptions given. Product descriptions are subject to change without notice.

    Variations within a gemstone: While many gemstones are fairly uniform in color, such as white jade or black onyx, there are occasionally color variations within a category of gemstones. For example, the swirls of color found in tiger eye beads may be minutely different from one bead to the next. Jasper beads may also contain different veins of color, varying in size. Because of these variations, we attempt our best to provide images that are representative of our entire selection. There often be differences in terms of color or hue, as not all stones are alike.

    With this in mind, the stone you receive may be slightly different that that which appears on our website. We try out best to match stones for each order (for example, if a customer orders two coral pendants, we try our best to match size and styles). With "naturally formed" beads and pendants, sizes may vary within a wide range. Please keep this in mind when shopping, and let us know in the comments section of each order if you have any particular requests.

    Availability: Although we make every effort to update our web site, there may be times that an item is temporarily unavailable. In this case, you will be notified by email about the situation. Certain items are one-of-a-kind and are not available for multiple orders. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
